Service Description

Bring your baby / child and workout in the stunning Greenwich Park. Meeting Point is St Mary's Gate. Jennifer, a pre and post natal exercise specialist will lead you through the class with exercises that are safe and effective for you. Please bring a water bottle and resistance bands and wrist / ankle weights if desired.
