Jennifer is a qualified Buggyfit Trainer and runs three classes in East London in Bartlett Park, Greenwich Park and London Fields.
Buggyfit is an amazing way to focus on YOU and it's 60 minutes of gentle exercise focussed on mobility and healing post pregnancy or mobility and strength if pregnant. You bring your baby or bump to the class and exercise while hopefully they sleep and I also do a lot of pram pushing to ensure this!
Jennifer is able to adapt exercises around you and your body to ensure you are doing the best for your body and to prevent injury. It is recommended that you can start 6 weeks post vaginal birth and 8-10 weeks post c section but ultimately it's what feels best for your body.
All classes must be booked and paid for through this website or Happity before attending.
*PLEASE NOTE Classes will only run if there is a minimum of 5 people attending - if this number is not met the class will be moved to the following week*
Jennifer is currently on maternity leave until 12 March and will be resuming classes w/c 14 March
